Wedding Coverage Guide

The Rundown

• Inquire with your date, the package you're interested in + location! Hint: A complimentary engagement session is include in each of my wedding packages!

• I contact you via email to discuss, send a questionnaire to get a better idea of your day + assist on picking the perfect package based on the amount of coverage you need!

We confirm possible travel fees, chosen package + availability.

• I send over the non-refundable retainer invoice + contract over digitally

I require 1/3 of the total packaging price as the retainer - both can be paid and signed electronically.

• Retainer Paid + Contract Signed

Once retainer + contract are taken care of - we're good to go!

• Two Months Before Your Day

The remaining balance is due. A reminder will be sent via email for you to pay online.

• One Month Before

I reach out about a month before your wedding date to go over and confirm timeline. We discuss in detail how your day will go + adjust the timeline as needed.

• Today's the day! Wedding Day!

I will become your BFF, timeline keeper, and sidekick for the day! My job is to catch every moment that I can, and make sure picture opportunities go smoothly!

• Our Perfect Day is Over - Now What?

Within 2 - 7 days, you will receive a sneak peek in your email + posted on my socials. Can't let you go too long without seeing any!

• 4 to 10 Weeks Later

Within that timeframe, sometimes sooner - you will receive your FULL electronic wedding gallery via email. 2 weeks after that, you will receive your custom USB with all of your beautiful pictures, in the mail.

Rundown of what ALL packages include:

• ONLINE GALLERY + PRINT RELEASE:

All good and retouched images will be in your own personalized + private gallery for viewing, sharing, and downloading. A print release is also included, which is a written document (upon request) giving you the permission or ability to print your photos!

• CUSTOM FLASH DRIVE:

About two weeks after I deliver your final gallery electronically, you will receive a custom usb flash drive in the mail - with all of your images.

• COMPLIMENTARY ENGAGEMENT SESSION:

Engagement Sessions correlate with what wedding package you chose:

Classic Engagement session: 1 outfit, 10 fully retouched images of your choice, and one location.

Deluxe Engagement session: 2 outfits, 20 fully retouched images of your choice, and one location.

Ultimate Engagement session: 3 outfits, 30 fully retouched images of your choice, and one location.

FAQ

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in Southeastern Michigan, and yes! I'd love to travel to you. Some may require a travel fee, please inquire.

Do we get to pick our final images?

Only the final images will be available for download. All wedding packages offer a set amount of coverage time, so no worry about choosing your images! All good photos will be delivered fully retouched for weddings!

How much are travel fees?

Fees depended on location or multiple locations throughout the day. I charge $0.62 a mile. If you fill out the questionnaire I can give you your total price!

I don't know how much coverage time we'll need. Can you help?

Absolutely! I will assist with timeline and make sure you pick the exact package to fit your needs!

Are you licensed and insured?

Sure am! Licensed and insured through the State of Michigan

Do you work with a second shooter for weddings?

Yes! A second shooter is available for an add-on, on any package! Please inquire.

Do you offer make-up applications?

I have the girl just for you! Make-up by Macaylah works alongside me to make your day seamless! Please inquire about her availability and pricing.
